One of our favorite places to vacation is YMCA of the Rockies in Colorado. It is set in a beautiful location near Estes Park in the majestic Rocky Mountains.In this painting: an eagle, elk, a fox and a coyote, Dorsey Lake, Upper Cook-Out Inn, the Main Administration Building with its sign: “Elevation 8010,” Walter G. Ruesch Auditorium, a family hayrack ride with pair of draft horses and wranglers, Walnut building, the playground, Twin Peaks, Sweet Memorial, the fire ring, Hempel Family Center, Hyde Chapel, Lula W. Dorsey Museum, and cabins: Chik Wauk and the huge rock nearby, Bald Eagle, Butterfly Net, Canus, Crestview, Mockingbird, Little Princess, Mountainside, Barclay Lodge, the presidential motorcade visit of 2001, etc.
