Celebration at Wrigley Field

This celebratory painting reflects the EXTREME excitement we all have for the CUBS BIG WORLD SERIES WIN! “Wrigley Field” includes many parts of the final games and days leading to that big night in November.

Includes: sign saying “THIS IS FOR GRANDPA!” for all the Grandfathers who hoped for this day, the goat is being banished to leave the premises, 2 Chicago police on horseback, buildings and signs including “Gilbert’s”, fireworks, crowds of celebrators, EAMUS CATULI is re-set to AC000000 on N Sheffield Ave, “Ball hawks” waiting to catch an out-of-the-ballpark homerun on Waveland Avenue, fans enjoying the view from rooftops, Wrigleyville Fire Station and Engine #78, the “El” train, a plane taking off from O’Hare, Sheffield Avenue with the original TORCO sign,  many cheering fans, some with “K” signs, and fans, the “Bleacher Bum Band” is playing next to Harry Caray’s statue, Santa is involved….ETC.and the waxing crescent moon that wonderful evening of Nov 2, 2016.

My son Jeff is a dyed-in-the-wool Cubs fan. He had been asking me to do the original “Wrigley” painting for a long time.  My traditional “Wrigley” painting is available and can be found here.
