Finkbine Golf Course is a beautiful setting on the west side of the University of Iowa campus in Iowa City. It was designed by Robert Bruce Harris in 1953. In this painting: University of Iowa Men’s and Women’s Golf Teams, West High Golf Team, the driving range with Ford tractor and Jeff Aunan driving, VA Hospital, UI Hospital with helicopter, the 13th hole tram, the “bubble” indoor practice facility, the new Kinnick press box, U Iowa Athletic Club, Hawkeye Court apartments, Mormon Trek Blvd., softball players Stacy May and Colleen McGlaughlin on Pearl Field, and Tim Dwight is jogging on Cretzmeyer Track, etc.
